Welcome, December!
I love this month and the sentiments that come with the end of the year. It gives me the image of sipping toasty hot chocolate with lots of snow falling outside (even though it’s really just all rain here). This month I have a two week break at Christmas so I’m looking forward to it lots!
Anyway, today’s post is just about my recent coordinates
Since most of my classes are in the cold studio at school I tend to wear thicker clothes than usual. It’s my beloved sweater weather everyday in school—and sometimes sweaters aren’t even enough! Which is a bit of a problem because it’s hot outside and freezing inside.
Leggings to battle the cold! I’m a shorts kind of person, but some days I give in and wear leggings underneath as a compromise. These are the ones I got in Hokkaido with the cute owl on it.

This made me look really bright I think, thanks to the hoodie. It was practically illuminated. Also, I got this at a really good sale! Uniqlo was selling this at really high price a long time ago, but during the sales it was cut down to about ten dollars.
Finally got to wore the skirt I bought in Harajuku! It’s inspired from INGNI, which is another one of my favourite brands. They were a bit of a trend when I was there so almost every shop in Takeshita-dori were selling this skirt.
Those black shoes have appeared three times in a row…they’re just really good for wearing with anything.

And I’m looking around for more sweaters this holiday because I figure I should take advantage of my studio’s cold climate while I can.
Well then—time to get back to my work
Even with my vacation inevitably draining away, I think there’re still things I can look forward to from this point onwards.
Having twenty more days of freedom.

Seeing my friends in school again
New clothes, even if it’s still the same season. But everyone needs back-to-school fabulosity.
Catching Fire in November! (I won’t include Divergent or The Maze Runner since they’re only out next year AKA a lifetime later)
We didn’t do much, just lolled around in my room and talked. Plus watching videos of bread, tying my hair, and a small tea time. And others in between. I love this kind of day the best, when I can relax easily with good company. Holidays done right
Which probably sounds kind of lame because it’s not even the real thing, but I’ve always been on the apple juice side of the menu.
Curry is the ultimate comfort food (and rice. Always rice).
Fall looks like such a nice season; I wish I could wear big cardigans and tights all the time. It makes me wistful when I think about all the other seasons’ fashion that I miss out on since it’s almost always t-shirts and shorts here for me.
I wanted to blog earlier, but I ended up being a lot busier than I expected. Which got me a bit miffed at first, but the week is over so I’m glad I have a day off tomorrow! It looks like I still can’t film my dance cover though
Of course the candle got removed quickly.
One of those typical school romance manga where the only thing the students seem to be concerned with is love. Hmm.
Except love triangles get a bit stressful sometimes.
They’re both by Sakisaka Io, and the main characters are pretty likable.
It’s cute because eggs are their specialty and the menu is based on them. Ju Eun and I had a hard time deciding between all the different eggy dishes.
It think it was too much for us…but still yummy.
I got really excited about it. Haha.
Let’s go out again! In September when school ends haha.
It’s tough.
I’ve had to do a lot of that recently for creative writing class. Since the assignment is five journals on a topic of my choice, I wrote about things like languages and my sport. I was halfway through my last journal about growing up, but during dinner I happened to eat my rice with the Genie spoon I got in Tokyo and I decided to write about Disneyland instead.
And alpaca.
I’m sorry my posts are getting shorter. I need to do something interesting other than getting cute food and taking pictures of them.
I’m trying to remember what happened during the past week, so the photos might be a bit scattered. Even though it’s busy, I’d really like to find the time in between work to blog
Which honestly was fun in a way because masks are so rarely worn here, but mostly it was scary because I could barely see the buildings around me. The whole country was grey for a while
My dad bought mille crepe from the Hokkaido food fair at the supermarket. I adore it to no end. All those layers of soft crepe and sweet cream.
An impromptu sleepover! I did a live stream on Twitcasting for the first time, and it was fun as the two of us. So fun we stayed up longer than we should’ve even though there was school the next day
It’s like biting into a tiny pillow. Yum.
I was genuinely surprised when two more friends appeared. That was fun
Also, I got to eat my beloved cake.

Somehow I did manage to survive all that, but when it was time to go to school in the morning I couldn’t open my eyes much.
Next week is test week, so I should study for that too.
