i’m sorry i didn’t blog yesterday (ノ∇・、)

yesterday i had lunch with aki-san (dad’s colleague) and his wife miyako-san!

mieko-san is the cutest fiftysomething lady i’ve ever seen ( ̄∇ ̄) when she saw me at the hotel lobby she started jumping up and down in her teeny heels and singing aitakatta. /mindblown Σ(●゚д゚●) she knows that i love Japan and i know a bitty bit of Japanese, so she every once in a while she tried asking/saying something in that wonderful language, and she squealed every time i answered.

what a wonderful time spent with her (●´艸`)ヾ

i mean, how often do i enjoy talking to middle aged ladies?

not cute ones like her anyway. she even uses a neon pink keitai (mobile phone) with a toy strap, the kind that high schoolers like to use. IT’S CUTER THAN MY PHONE Σ(o>艸<)

somehow, talking to her reminded me just how much i love Japan. i just love everything about it, i want to go there so badly. and that got me thinking, maybe when i grow up i could study something like Japanese Studies at university. i don’t know? i think that could just be wishful thinking, but i’ll try my best to go for what i love (●´ω`●)ゞ i’ll keep working hard!

oh, and my dad sort of promised that we’d go and visit them at the end of the year! he could have just been saying it in a jokey way, but it’s too late.

( ̄ ̄▽ ̄ ̄)

so it’s almost definite that i’ll be making a trip to japan after my exams! (●>▽<●) but then again, there’s still the four weeks of exams to stagger past first.

sooooon (● ´ ε `。●)
